The "Abstract Submission Form" and the "Abstract template" be downloaded  from the download section

The scientific programme will comprise both oral and poster presentations. Papers are invited in the above and related areas. Abstracts will be considered by a panel of referees for inclusion in the programme. Authors will be informed whether or not their abstract has been accepted.

Please note that an accepted paper will only be included in the final programme if the author has formally registered and paid the fee. Abstracts of all papers will be available to registered participants. The abstract book will have an ISBN number and can thus be cited as an official publication.

Publication

A special volume of the Journal of Chromatography will be dedicated to the accepted and reviewed papers. The articles must be written in the English language and all manuscripts will be subject to the normal, stringent, journal refereeing procedure. Articles should be submitted on-line to the journal's web-site. Deadline for manuscripts is the last day of the symposium. Instructions to authors can be found on: http://ees.elsevier.com/chroma. Elsevier will offer all participants free access to the proceedings for a period of 4 months.

Posters

Posters will not be introduced by oral presentations. Meet the authors at their numbered stand at the time indicated in the scientific programme. Available posterboards are 1 m wide by 2m40 high. Posters can best be printed on format A0 portrait (84 cm wide and 119 cm high).

Submission of contributed papers

Authors are requested to submit abstracts of their contributions. These abstracts should be written in English and submitted using the abstract template, which you can download here. Why do we want you to use this template? Well, we get a lot of abstracts in a very short period of time. This template has a built-in macro which allows us to process you abstract automatically which saves us a lot of time. Please choose the appropriate version of the template, according to your version of Word (2003; *.doc or 2007; *.docm)! Your abstract must be E-mailed to abstracts@ordibo.be. Each abstract should be accompanied by a properly completed "Abstract Submission Form".

The abstracts will be considered by a panel of referees for inclusion in the final program. Note that only a limited number of papers can be presented orally. As posters and oral presentations have the same status, they will be refereed in the same manner. A decision about the form of presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be informed whether or not their abstract has been accepted and in which form their paper is to be presented (oral or poster).

Please note that any paper will only be included in the final program if the author has formally registered and paid the fee.
